We agree the scope with the party authorised to instruct us, then coordinate the people, transport and storage needed for the vehicle.

Establish the location
We liaise with the relevant company, site and insolvency contacts to find the vehicle and agree practical access for collection.

Plan the movement
Where suitable and authorised, we can drive a roadworthy vehicle. For non-runners, we arrange appropriate recovery transport.

Collect and safeguard
We coordinate collection, record the vehicle’s condition and arrange storage so it is accounted for pending the next instruction.

Support the next step
We keep the instructing party updated and, where requested, can assist with valuation and onward disposal.
